The location was fantastic, situated on the cliff top with easy access to a large beach. The hotel was in a quiet area, perfect for families with children. The room we stayed in was clean and comfortable, with a nice view of the garden. The bathroom was well-maintained and had all the necessary amenities. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
The breakfast service was a letdown. There was a lack of staff in the restaurant, resulting in slow service and a lack of attention to details.

The beds are comfortable and the restaurant serves delicious food, making it a perfect choice for a trip, especially since it's conveniently close to Crinnis Close. This place exceeded all of our expectations.

the views of coast are great, the staff and food were both very good. I am travelling from australia and this was a more luxurious hotel for me and I did enjoy that! The young staff members were lovely and people very friendly. This is appreciated when one is travellihng alone.
No lift which does make it hard with luggage.

Good location, lovely setting, close to the beach and Charlestown, a beautiful old fishing village. Choose the hotel as it was very near to teh Eden Project
Room 45 has a very ill fitted door, which rattled all night so I didn't get much sleep.

This hotel is a great value for money, offering affordable prices for a comfortable stay. The attention to detail in terms of cleanliness and maintenance is commendable. The location on the cliff top provides stunning views and adds a sense of tranquility. The staff here are friendly and provide excellent service, making you feel welcomed throughout your stay. The basic amenities provided in the rooms are sufficient for a pleasant experience, and the softer beds ensure a good night's sleep.
All was satisfactory.

The Hotel was very Clean and staff very wellcoming
I have stayed in 4 Hotels in Devon and Cornwall in the past 6 Weeks on Business , My wife as also been stayed with Me I left a completed Questionnaire in my Hotel at the Cliff head which complained about the meal we had there. We had baked Cod which was dreadfull it was overcooked and mostly Skin it was placed on some potato wedges which was soggy and not very nice , without a doubt this meal was one of the worst meals my wife and I have had ,to call it a- la -Carte really was not correct ???? We have stayed in Best Western Hotels in the past few years and they were Ok The Both of us were very dissapointed, Regards James Hughes

The location of the hotel was absolutely stunning, with beautiful views overlooking the sea and just a short distance from the coast path. Being able to take a short and easy coastal walk to the picturesque port of Charlestown and see the majestic tall ships was a highlight of our stay. the friendly service provided by the staff made our experience even more enjoyable.
While the staff was great and the hotel was clean, we did find some aspects to be a bit tired. The rooms, in particular, could use some updating as they felt a bit dated and mismatched.

The value for money at this hotel is outstanding. With affordable prices, you receive a lot in return. The hotel's attention to detail is commendable, evident in the thoughtful placement of artwork on the walls between rooms rather than on interior side walls. Additionally, the location of this hotel on the cliff top provides breathtaking views of the surrounding area.
My experience at this hotel was fantastic, and there is nothing that I feel could be improved upon.

Good price, included breakfast. All up cheaper than Travel inn/Lodge and had 'life' which lodges don't have. Helpful staff. quiet location and plenty of parking.
Could have been more choice at breakfast. Didn't seem to be much for veggies or continental breakfast types (didn't bother me but might bother them), may be consequence of catering for coach parties as well as public.

The overall comfort and convenience were the most satisfactory aspects. Nothing was particularly outstanding but everything was above average

The seaside view was amazing and the staff were very welcoming and helpful. The breakfast had a good variety of choices and the coffee was delicious. The hotel is conveniently located near many businesses, making it easy to run errands.
The plumbing system was extremely loud and woke me up several times during the night. the room felt outdated and in need of refurbishment.

An amazing stay for 3 nights. Thank you very much to all the Staff at the Hotel who made our stay memorable. We will come back again and again.
Choice menu at the restaurant should have been a little larger.
